Biodex Medical Systems, Inc. aims to serve the communities in which we live and work. Community and charitable outreach is a core value of the company. We are committed to playing a part as active corporate citizens – sharing our skills, expertise, and resources with the wider community and creating partnerships that have a positive impact on society.

Biodex is recognized by ESGR for their outstanding support of the Guard and ReserveBiodex employee, Chris Knight, nominated his supervisors and the CEO for employer awards for their support of his military responsibilities as a US Army Reservist. Supervisors, Frank Catizone and Donna St. John received the Patriot Award; CEO, James Reiss, was presented with the Above and Beyond Award. >>

 

 

 

 

 

Fall Family Festival 2015Biodex held a “Fall Family Festival” Fundraiser to benefit the American Heart Association on Saturday, October 3, 2015. Although it was a blustery fall day we didn’t allow it to dampen our festival. Our festival was a huge success and we raised $5,031 for the American Heart Association! >>

NYC BBQBiodex employees held a “New York City BBQ” on July 24, 2015 to raise funds for the American Heart Association. Employees enjoyed Hot Dogs and a variety of salads made and donated by several of the employees. >>

 

 

Corporate ChallengeOn July 18, 2015 Biodex sponsored four employees to represent the company in a “Corporate Challenge – Paddle Battle."

Ginny Arceri, Robert Dunbar, Ray Rinchey, Jr. and Craig Colombo each participated in Paddle Board and Kayak Races on the Peconic River in Riverhead, NY. This event was a fundraiser for the following non-profit organizations: United Way of Long Island, Military Family Assistance Project, The Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research & Preservation and the East End Tourism Alliance.

Biodex Communty ServiceOn July 9, 2015, employees at Biodex enjoyed a “Paint Nite Fundraiser” to benefit the American Heart Association.

For most of the employees, this was a first attempt at creating their own masterpiece. The night was full of fun and lots of laughs. Everyone also enjoyed a raffle of several nice prizes. Together we donated $257 to the American Heart Association. >>
