Service Parts - Return Policy for Domestic Customers:
- Returns requested within 30 days of shipping date will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any shipping charges incurred.
- All merchandise must be returned in new condition, in original containers. Used equipment cannot be accepted for credit.
- Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) Number. (Serial number must be provided at time of purchase to be eligible.)
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of RMA issue.
- Credit is subject to Quality Control (QC) inspection upon receipt.
- No returns accepted after 30 days.
- Custom items may not be returned.
