Biodex Donates to Hurricane Relief via Red Cross

After this summer’s hurricanes caused mass destruction to our neighbors in Texas, Florida, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico, Biodex sought opportunities to lend their support. Employees generously contributed donations to two company fundraisers to support the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

It was important to Biodex that they contribute what was most needed in affected areas, and the Red Cross has requested monetary donations to assist with the most immediate needs.

The first fundraising effort was held in September in support of hard-hit communities in Texas and Florida after hurricanes Harvey and Irma. In October, Biodex staff rallied again to donate toward the crisis in Puerto Rico, raising hundreds of dollars once again for Red Cross Disaster Relief.

And they’re not done yet… Biodex is working on plans to expand their fundraising efforts in the near future.
